Great couple of days so far this week. Weed stocks have been hot and I got one of my favorites back, NKLA. Going to trade lightly today and tomorrow and likely take Friday off. Going to do my best to soak up the last few days of summer with the kids rather than overtrade as the momentum fades following a couple big days.
ACB will be a top watch today after 2 really good days of trading it. Probably should be up a lot more on this one but happy with the results. I think the strength/weakness of this one will depend on the rest of the sector and CGC in particular so we’ll see how it plays out. May be due for a breather in this crazy run. If not will definitely want to get long early and hold as best I can.
NKLA will be my other top watch near the open today. It has been having pretty strong moves for the first hour or so and then it gets choppy/consolidates for a while. It felt strong to me yesterday afternoon so it could very well ramp right back up over $1 today. Open to trading it both directions though so will be very reactive at open and then trend join after that.
WKHS is another familiar ticker from earlier this year. It’s up on news of IRS approval for commercial clean vehicle credit on their vehicles. I don’t think the news is all that important but it has volume and I like the way it trades.
CSSE is gapping up on a PR that has Amazon in the title and that’s about it. Has given back most of the gains already but leaving it here just in case it doesn’t die and has some bid strength near open.
AVTX impressive continuation this morning of this dead cat bounce. I don’t really want to trade it but if it keeps going will have to join the trend. Big daily chart, certainly could go higher.
AXLA was the one that got away from me yesterday. Caught a little bit but wasn’t here for the big run in the afternoon. I think this one has a good chance for continuation and I will be interested in a small size long on the breakout.
