Good morning all. Have a few new tickers to watch today and a couple familiar ones with interesting setups.
YELL had a couple wild moves on Friday. The official BK announcement is expected today but everyone knows it’s coming so it probably won’t just dump because of that. Should be interesting, don’t want to have a strong bias on a bankrupt company but I’m looking for some bid strength and a run like we’ve seen on stocks like this before.
CGC has a nice daily setup and is gapping up a bit this morning. Each time this thing runs up and then gets crushed creates bagholders and the overhead inventory might be too much for it to overcome this time, but either way should provide a few good trades this week just based on the volume alone.
FOXO gapping up this morning, no news I see other than Form D offering from Friday. Trading a ton of volume this morning, former runner, will be watching dips for longs this morning.
BRSH gapping up on no news as well. They got a delisting notice from Nasdaq last week so why not run it up and do a reverse split? This one feels weak to me in premarket so I expect it to fail but will wait for open to see how it acts and let that determine my bias.
GOEV my go-to stock this past month is gapping up out of the base it formed last week, right near the levels it launched from earlier in the month. I don’t expect the same kind of strength but looking to join trend after open if bids are strong.
CNXA don’t see a reason for this move either but keeping an eye on it just based on the volume. This one is already on pace to blow out any previous day’s volume on the chart. I seem to remember not liking the way this one trades and expect it to be choppy/annoying, but this much volume is intriguing.
