Back home and business as usual today. Had a really nice first hour yesterday on GOEV, hopefully some of you recognized that strength at the open and took advantage as well. It was very similar to the run it had on Friday of last week but couldn’t hold the gains this time. Still my top watch this morning though as it is gapping a bit and still holding the uptrend.
GOEV has had a couple of pushes higher but so far has failed to really break through and needs to consolidate in between. This is fine as long as it keeps trending higher, if not it probably fails pretty hard one of these days.
CGC is pretty much dead again at this point after that Nasdaq non compliance notice the other day and the massive selloff. It still has enough volume to be useful and I’ll still be watching for bounces but don’t expect to be trading it much longer.
SMX is at the top of my scanner this morning on pretty good volume. This one has been trying for the last week or so, keep seeing it in the morning but it hasn’t picked up enough momentum to really move. I think today is the day if it’s going to have a run at the gap fill. Will be watching for strength near the open.
YELL appears to be headed for bankruptcy so watching for headlines along those lines that may offer a good short or looking to buy big dips like it had yesterday near the open. A little thinner than I like so smaller size but there have been opportunities on this one for several days now.
CLOV is still hanging above $1 but it likely fails soon, maybe today and if it does will be watching to join the downtrend short or play bounces depending on price action.
FFIE I always overtrade this one when I do trade it but it has been up for 7 straight days so worth watching. I will try to either join the continued uptrend or ideally try to catch the top and ride it down. Will be looking to get involved near whole numbers on this one as they are usually key pivot points on this stock.
