Check out my audio-blog series, where I narrate all my favorite blog posts for you guys. You can find that here.

Curious what it’s like to be a member at Investors Underground? Here’s a tour around the community.

Also we’re running some really great sales right now if you’ve ever been interested in joining IU – now would be a good time to do it. You can have a look at those options here.

AUUD: Nice stuff today, exhaustion vol day and bagged a bunch from the morning into close there. What I’d want to see for a short would be a restest of that 8 level and fail. That’s breakeven spot for all the new longs, so expecting some of them to want to bail there, as well as shorts to enter, and I suspect we don’t go much higher. Potential swing type too once crowd moves on, lot of room below.

CERE: Sicko. Shelf filing out, so bearishness should be prevalent. And when it’s prevalent is exactly when it can surprise you. So that said I’d be looking at this for a weak open long idea, maybe 25-26 flush out of open, and then one last shove through highs 32+ before the real fade. Shorts never let out, which is why it’s a bad idea to chase an open flush short in my opinion. You’ll be fighting momentum longs, as well as “thank god” overnight shorts looking to cover. Not confident this materializes, but that’s the scenario where I’d give it a shot, not interested in the immediate short unless gap up/open shove 32+.

PBTS: Popped up on my scanner early today, knew not to short it yet, but as usual I can never buy these things lol. Sick doubler by EOD though, so now it’s definitely on my radar for a short soon, and even more so with the a/h continuation. Looking for the usual signs to get involved, more gap in the am would be ideal, and a nice quick move into 4s that gets stuffed by mid morning, and would be interested on pops from there. Weak open not really interested, as it will have 2.75 underneath to stop it, so not much risk/reward there in my opinion. Hoping the opposite scenario materializes.

Shoot me a message anytime in chat (DGTrading101 is my IU handle) and I’m happy to discuss your trade ideas with you. If you’re not an IU member and would like to become one, you can join us here.

See you out there!
