  1. Could you analize the case of HRTX? After the public offering at 24.75, many went short’ and got trapped. The next days, when everybody thougt it’s too overextended, broke 32 oagainst expectations. What makes it keep going up? Manipulation to squeeze shorts? Thanks

  3. When looking for the perfect level to short I’ve notice that you let a stock run 2 or 4 points without a position. Why not to alert a long setup to capture those points? Example: AMBA

  4. I find I trade my best during the very fast high volume periods and my worst during the slow, grinding, low volume periods. It’s just harder for me to read the price action and time my entries and exits when everything is moving at a snail’s pace. As a result, I’m pretty much only trading the first hour and last half-hour of the trading day. However, I do see opportunities that set up during the slower mid-day periods that I could’ve taken advantage of had I had the patience and skill-set to play the slow grinding move.

    Are there any specific adjustments you make to play the slower, grinding, low volume moves?

  5. Hi Nate, my questions are in regards to pre-market, the most
    confusing aspect of trading for me in regards to making a plan for market open.

    1. What pre-market action (do you look for) catches
    your attention in order for you to create a plan on a stock to trade long or
    short at market open? Is it just parabolic pre-market moves to short into, or
    anything relative to SPY at market open? Seems plans are more based on emotion rather than patterns??

    2. Wondering if you can explain this comment further
    as per example with $HIMX;

    “on SPY gap down days, many times it’s good to look for stocks
    that don’t typically gap down w/market which are having weak opens (with break
    out style charts) many times you’ll see them ramp back”

    Thank you!

    • Can you go on a per share structure with your broker? I’m playing small too and am able to scale in and out cuz i’m on a per share structure, and I also take advantage of ECN rebates by adding liquidity
