On Watch 01/26/18 from Dante

You can find a compilation of all Alex and I’s webinars here.

There’s also an IU sale still going on for those interested in getting involved with the community, which you can find here.

Also if you haven’t seen yet – I’ve recently started an Audio-Blog series! Where I narrate all my favorite blog posts for you guys. You can find that here.

LTBR: Caught everyone this am…very well played – many (including myself) were on the “it’ll run out of gate into 10am CC” long train..and then they just yanked the bids and dumped on everyone. I realized pretty quickly that wasn’t going to work though and was able to flip bias & couple of my trading partners who were long avoided trouble & bailed just in time so we stayed safe, hope you did as well. What happens tomorrow? You let me know if you have it figured it out, because I sure don’t. I felt obligated to include this in scan, but don’t have much input to give. I will say it feels crowded like they got a lot of people to short pops all afternoon, but at same time that extended sideways action can also signal someone filling a large short position and it’s getting ready to absolutely dump. I do not know! Just like this am – I will wait to see what we wake up to tomorrow to form any ideas on what to do with this thing then.

ACOR: I’m calling complete bullshit on the Biogen rumors. This company has been riddled with nothing but controversy and issues in the past, and I expect more of the same here. Do your own DD, but I am not buying it. I’m not short yet, but I want to be very soon.

OPGN: Interesting recovery today. Would try short if previous HOD break tomorrow and squeeze out, entries high 7s-8 area. Keep tight leash as recent r/s and thin, but an absolute turd here. Can’t really size in due to the split, but good for smaller size & scalp trades.

IOVA: I know I’m not busting at the gills with optimism, that’s not my job as a trader – my job is to question everything, guilty until proven innocent. What the hell is this? Seems like the market cap is getting out of proportion with reality. I’m not deep into the story on this one, so I will treat it as more of a technical play, but seems to be seeing a blowoff here on buyer exhaustion volume, will be looking for failed follow thru tomorrow to scalp short on.  There’s an offering looming with significant dilution, but that could be a near-term trap too. Jeffries is involved, that also creates potential problems. This is not a conviction idea, just looks like it’s getting a little out of control to upside near-term.

If you’re not an IU member and would like to become one, there’s still a sale going on here, along with the sale posted at the top. Shoot me a PM anytime in chat (DGTrading101 is my IU handle) and I’m happy to discuss trade ideas with you.

See you out there!
