On Watch 5/27/21 From Dante

Check out my audio-blog series, where I narrate all my favorite blog posts for you guys. You can find that here.

Curious what it’s like to be a member at Investors Underground? Here’s a tour around the community.

Also we’re running some really great sales right now if you’ve ever been interested in joining IU – now would be a good time to do it. You can have a look at those options here.

AMC: Just as expected lol. Nice longs today. If it’s as predictable as we think and has been, tomorrow morning pre we’ll get a nice big ramp and then shortly after the bell will be time to start thinking short 20-22 area. Thats perfect world scenario. This thing is so good at messing with shorts that that’s the only scenario that will have my attention to press the short button. Must be a frenzy higher. If weak open, honestly will probably switch right back to long bias thoughts and watching for it to be saved and put shorts in a bad spot again. 20.36 the obvious daily spot, so look for them to blow it through there early tomorrow.

FLGC: This is a “educated guess” long swing idea I’ve got – recent marijuana IPO. With ++ marijuana news likely to continue to come in the next few weeks/months, this very thin name has a high probability of being pumped imo. I especially love the firm running the show – Boustead. If you’re not familiar with them, check out some of their other recent names they’ve brought public, a la WNW, EBET and UTME. Yeah….to say they like to play games would be an understatement lol. Opened around 6 and took a 50% haircut down to 3 first week into trading, so seems like downside is likely limited from here (~2.50-3 floor) and potential upside seems much higher. For me, this is one like NGTF that I just buy a few and forget about it. Likely ends in a pump over next few weeks. Grabbed some in the mid 3s today, we’ll see.

VTNR: What a crazy a/h move. Will have all eyes on it tomorrow, so looking to fade the open look. Weak open into 4 that gets saved for a long idea, or blast out of the gate 5.50-6+ and look for the short from there. Any name that has “all eyes” on it…fading the open move whichever way it goes often works well, so that will be my plan if I do dabble.

Not posting the chat because Bigcharts doesn’t show the a/h move.

Shoot me a message anytime in chat (DGTrading101 is my IU handle) and I’m happy to discuss your trade ideas with you. If you’re not an IU member and would like to become one, you can join us here.

See you out there!
