On Watch 3/11/21 From Dante

Check out my audio-blog series, where I narrate all my favorite blog posts for you guys. You can find that here.

Curious what it’s like to be a member at Investors Underground? Here’s a tour around the community.

Also we’re running some really great sales right now if you’ve ever been interested in joining IU – now would be a good time to do it. You can have a look at those options here.

AVEO: Nice perfect storm here – Know this company fairly well from the past, and can say with a high degree of certainty this will get heavy soon. Don’t think they’re done punishing shorts though yet, so I’d love to wake up to another little gap and something closer to 25+ with a shove right at 9:30, and then thinking it’ll begin to get heavy post 10am and looking for the short. Weak open, will ignore.

KOSS: With GME offering rumors (which are probably true) this should put a huge wet blanket on the “high short interest” plays. KOSS is my preferred one to visit, as it’s a secondary play, and I like it when nobody is watching for a slow bleed back to teens soon, swing idea, but I use the word swing differently. A “swing” in this environment for me is to visit it daily for the short, but always be cash by EOD. Absolute suicide wish to hold any of these insanity names overnight in my opinion. And if you do, it better be a fraction of a fraction of your intraday size.

XELA: Don’t want to lose this one off radar, one of those “oh it gave it all back huh” types where it will be back to $2. 4 o/u is the clear level here, so any weak open that dips sub 4 and reclaims, I have zero interest in the short, however an open shove 5+ or a weak open that fails to reclaim 3.80-4 area, and I like it on pops from there for a nice slow boring winner.

Shoot me a message anytime in chat (DGTrading101 is my IU handle) and I’m happy to discuss your trade ideas with you. If you’re not an IU member and would like to become one, you can join us here.

See you out there!
