I often hear you and other great traders talk about adding to winners. When do you feel comfortable adding size to a position? What do you look for specifically? And has that strategy ever gone against you? Thanks for everything you guys kill it.

First off, Tandem Trader DVD = AWESOME!
I often miss the 2nd half of the trading day, so I’m less experienced with late day fades, gapper plays, late day breakouts, etc. Can you explain how different parts of the day affect the trades we should look for. You’ve explained gappers extensively in your DVD and past seminars, so I’m more interested in other trades between 2-4pm. I’m also interested in understanding the reasoning or emotions that you are interested in taking advantage of with these trades. Thanks a bunch.
