  1. In lx21’s interview with Cam, One thing that has always stuck out in my mind, When Cam asked Gregg if he had been surprised by the success he had early on, his answer was ” No, Because I knew it would work.” I assume he was talking about specific setups. My question would be, Is there ever a time you see something and your 100% positive its going to work? Or is there always a decent sense of doubt no matter what? Certain calls you and the other guys make are spot on to the point it seems as if there was never any doubts. Something I have always wondered. Thx Again

  2. I see you sometimes watch the SPY when in a trade to gauge relative strength Of the stock ure in.

Do you follow SPY for both NYSE & Nasdaq stocks, as most of the time they move in sync.

Or do you follow QQQ’s when trading Nasdaq stocks and SPY’s when trading NYSE stocks ?

  3. If there was a bouncing ball pattern, and the support was at $5.60, would you short the stock at $5.60 or just below i.e. $5.59, as I never really know what the best entire is. thanks

  4. Can you just explain briefly how a stock gaps overnight? What actually happens to the stock to create a gap? Go Patriots!

  5. Nate, regarding level 2 quotes, how do you extract useful information out of the bid and ask data when it is well known that much of what we see here ends up being bluffed bidding by the market makers in an attempt to throw everyone off?

  6. If you are watching an overextended stock on the daily to the long side and it sets up an abcd pattern , would you long it even though it is extended on the daily or would you let that one go in favor of waiting for the future short

  8. Nate, what is the most important element in executing your entry/exit in s tock?

    1) Pattern
    2) Candlestick
    3) Volume
    4) Tape (Level II-Time and Sales)
    5) Combination of the above as it is an art that takes time through repetitions.

  9. Hello Nate,
I´ve been having trouble with the “ball bouncing/dribling” setup for shorts. After seeing lower highs and the stock the stock starts to flat line on or around the whole or half numbers, I initiate a ss position. Often times I just wait for the stock to wash out, but after a while it starts to go up, hitting my risk/stop.
My question is: what is the best way to aproach this setup, starting the ss at the whole/half number or trying to enter where the previous lower high will probably be. ?
