On Watch 10/10/17 from Dante

Webinar Replay w/ Alex: If you haven’t checked it out yet, please watch the webinar I did with Alex, a lot of good info in there for traders of all levels, and some background about my story and who I am. Watch here.

And if you enjoyed that, the second webinar is out on replay as well, which you can watch here.

There’s also a special sale going on for those interested in getting involved with IU, which you can find here.

Man…it’s good to be BACK! Lot of stuff I’ve been dealing with lately, but it’s all sorted out now and I can finally get my mind back to focusing on trading. Feels good.

CLNT : Hmm…..this is a tough one for tomorrow. I honestly don’t really know what to expect. I longed a few today on the secondary push this morning around 10:15, but just a quick scalp and that was all I did with it. Had no shares available to borrow anyway. I say it’s a tough one for tomorrow because it didn’t really show us much today after the initial rip. Very low float, somewhere around ~1M. Rotated a ton today, so certainly very dangerous still. There were times it should have squeezed today and went nuts – and then it didn’t. And times it should have broke down and completely rolled over – and then it didn’t. So that’s why I say tough one for tomorrow – I’m not really sure what it wants to do, was a tough read today. Obviously on radar, but will need to see what premarket & the open look like to create any bias here. Gut thought: weak open look to scoop dips for morning long trade.

MNKD: Assuming the end is near here. There was a $7 PT upgrade on Friday by Maxim’s Jason Kolbert who is a completely unreliable sleezeball moron, that did nothing to the stock price. I think it was even re-hashed on Monday morning by someone. Still did nothing. Also now Piper has dropped coverage of MannKind. It’s been pesky and hanging around the past few days, but like ITUS IZEA and the rest of those runners last week, the jig only goes on for so long. The reality is the stock is total crap and the bid support will not be around forever. I have some on short here in swing with a low 5s averahe, no size yet, but looking for this to roll sub 5 and then build some size in the high 4s this week at some point. We’ll see.

HMNY: Didn’t touch this today long or short, but it is starting to get a little out of hand if you ask me. Yes, it may actually be legitimate “good news”  (for once) for this company with the Moviepass stuff, but it’s highly unlikely that this current move is warranted at these levels – it’s overdone with a combination of short squeeze and overzealous long chasers, I expect this to pull some in the next few days and settle in the mid teens short term. Today felt like a blowoff day imo. The volume doesn’t really support that thesis, but the price does. So I’m not extremely convicted here, but I do like the trade, and will likely be getting involved short tomorrow (nothing of size, probably just scalps).

If you’re not an IU member and would like to become one, there’s still a sale going on here, along with the webinar sale posted at the top. Or if you’d prefer a shorter time commitment to see if you like it, you can go monthly as well here. Shoot me a PM anytime in chat (DGTrading101 is my IU handle) and I’m happy to discuss trade ideas with you.

See you out there!
