  1. Hi Nate,

Looking to go long on a NYSE stock using margin that’s about $1.25 PPS right now and hold for 1-3 weeks. Can you recommend any brokers that allow this? I think Center Point has a $2 minimum price for marginable securities.

It appears Interactive Brokers will allow this – sent them a message & waiting for confirmation. Do you have any affiliate deal with them?

    Thanks.

  2. Typically over and under how much room do you want to give, lets say at the half or whole dollar mark.

Does it all depend on how hard the candle has jumped passed it? is there a rule of thumb maybe like 15 to 20 cents?

I understand over and under when not in a position, but what about when in a position.

  3. My question for tonight:
I have lots of difficulty with the adding positions, before watcing dvd and join chat, I always taking full position right away and sell/bought half there half there. For example this morning, I ask you if ICLD was a good short, I took half ss at 6,65$, but then it when up a bit, I choke adding, then it drop and never add as plan. Are you feeling it better to add up or on the down move? Or can you bring the chart from like 9h30 to 11h and show me whats your thoughts process?

  4. Do you use any technical indicators as a guide such as vwap, MA etc when you trade off price action? or is it just price action plus the patterns you went over in the DVD?

  5. Nate, you said recently the market has changed, but the textbook set ups are still working. Can you envisage a market where they wouldn’t work, or do you consider them relatively future-proof?
