He can work on an individual basis to cater to each traders need. For example – some may be strictly Nasdaq traders where a per share commissions works better than someone who trades mainly OTCs who might be buying 25-100k + shares whereas a flat rate works best.

I would like to express my greatest thanks to the IU people, be it the Admins or my fellow traders. Being in your room is the greatest experience during my short trading career (4 months). You have changed my understanding and perception of the market, and made it simple to trade aka. caveman trading. Your willingness to help is unbelievable and almost unreal (Thanks IL, Tort, Muddy, Laura, GS, Lighter and many of my other fellow members who are expert traders themselves and maintain their individual blogs, daily wathchlists and analysis). With your teachings, seminars and most importantly live-chat and after hour discussions (esp. GS insights), I have been able to stop the hemorrhage of poor trading and losses to becoming profitable. You will never find a great group of teachers/mentors/members anywhere else - who constantly put the effort to make sure you understand it correctly and you do it the right way. Now tell me ,How many other mentors do you know that say, "You have my help as long as you need it" or for that matter who would else would take the pain to send a personal email and go over the charts just so that u see what they see live with screenshots. For the past 2 days i've been trading ETFs for profit with little difficulty and fantastic tips from Admins themselves. I must tell those are ATM machines!!
As a member of this trading group, myself and the other members look forward to seeing\welcoming new members. Join this room and you will never regret the decision.
One last thing that I forgot to mention - Muddy - an awesome trader and wonderful person. Ever approachable and helpful. Think of him as your benevolent uncle (no offense intended lol ) who wants the best for you as a trader.
